11G OCM Penrith2 Reboot Loop

I had to disable the PENRITH2 node because it goes into a reboot loop for some reason.

The status of the investigation is in my Wiki at 01 Problem with PENRITH2.

Given that I have less than two (2) weeks until the 11G OCM examination, I have decided to persist with a single node cluster rather than try to diagnose and fix the problem with PENRITH2.
