11G OCM Install and configure EM Agent

I have achieved another 11G OCM Objective: 11G OCM Install and configure EM Agent.

This is a bit messy as I had to install 10.2.0.1.0 and then upgrade to 10.2.0.5.0. But I was able to demonstrate two (2) methods:
