Painless Renewal of #MOS Contract with #Oracle


I was completely surprised this year that I could renew my Oracle Support contract within one (1) day.

In 2013, it took me 14 e-mails with Oracle from 23 January 2013 until 26 April 2013 to get an invoice to pay the renewal. See my whinge here.

In 2012, it took me 21 e-mails with Oracle and a VAR from 18 April 2012 until 22 May 2012 to get the MOS account re-established.
