I finally got around to looking where I got up to with
PENRITH1. It would appear I only have partially done step #3 of 11G OCM Planning (2).
I needed to clean up a few things after I have upgraded the
repos database from 10.1.0.4 to 18.104.22.168 as described in 11G OCM Upgrade OMR to 22.214.171.124.
I have managed to upgrade the OMR to 126.96.36.199 after I had installed the OMR as 10.1.0.4 in 11G OCM Install OEM 10.2.0.5 With New Database.
My second attempt at configuring OEM 10.2.0.5 failed as recounted in 11G OCM Patch OEM 10.2.0.5 (3) as the partitioning option was not installed in the Oracle Home for the
repos database instance. So, I have to add in the partitioning option.
I have skipped to step #6 of the plan in OCM 11G Planning (1):
Create a RMAN base recovery catalog in the REPOS database.
I am now at step #4 of the plan in OCM 11G Planning (1):
The REPOS database will use case-sensitive passwords.
I need to set up the automatic startup of the database instance and listener on
