Had an issue with being Unable to Set up Unified Auditing under 126.96.36.199. The location given in the documentation was wrong.
The root cause of the problem reported in Got ORA-01031 when logging on remotely using SYS AS SYSDBA appears to be a dodgy disk drive.
Finally got around to upgrading my Personal Edition of Oracle database (
PRODSRVR) from 188.8.131.52.0 to 184.108.40.206.0. I created a new Oracle Home and used DBUA to do the upgrade.
